Clinical Study on Yishen Paishi Decoction in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi(Damp Heat Type)

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi(Damp Heat Type). Method:60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(group A,n=30) and the control group(group B,n=30),the observation group was given Yishen Paishi Decoction,the control group was given Shenshitong Granules,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:After a course of treatment,two groups had achieved good results.The total effective rate of group A was 93.3%,the total effective rate of group B was 80.0%.The efficacy of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of Yishen Paishi Decoction in treatment of urinary calculi is considerable,prescription treatment of urinary calculi is a safe,convenient,it is worth of clinical promotion.
