Clinical Analysis of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in Clini of Gastroenterology Department

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of digestion Department of Internal Medicine outpatient in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and analyze the effect and drug treatment methods.Method:In this study 368 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux were selected as the objects of study from March 2010 to March 2014.And the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=184) and the control group(n=184).The treatment group was treated with Omeprazole,the control group was given ranitidine treatment,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, can accelerate rehabilitation,effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients,is suitable for popularization and application in Department of Internal Medicine.
