Clinical Analysis of Different Root Canal Filling Degree in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of different root canal filling degree for dental pulp disease,to further enhance the quality of life of patients,ensure the effectiveness of clinical treatment on the patients.Method:The patients with dental pulp disease were divided into Proper filling group,excessive filling group and less filling group.The appropriate treatment was selected according to the actual situation of patients.The treatment results were observed and the occurrence of pains were recorded during the treatment in patients.Result:The patients in the three groups emerged in varying degrees of pain in the treatment.Patient’s pain occurrence rate in the proper filling group was significantly lower than the other two groups,and the total effective rate of the proper filling group after treatment reached 98.28%,it was higher than that of the excess filling group 73.91%,less filling group total effectiveness 47.06%.Comparison of three groups of patients,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),while excess filling group and less filling group in the total efficiency comparison were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the dental pulp disease patients using proper filling mode for clinical treatment can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,and further improve the quality of life of the patients.
