The Method and Curative Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic in the Treatment of Pelvic Cyst

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and analyze the method and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic in the treatment of parapelvic cyst. Method:From September 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital with retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation in the treatment of 35 cases of parapelvic cyst were enrolled as the study group,the choice of the same period in our hospital by open operation treatment of 35 cases of parapelvic cyst patients were enrolled as the control group.Based on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients in hospitalization time,amount of bleeding during the operation,complications and the operation time.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than those of the control group,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic in the treatment of parapelvic cyst in clinical treatment is safety,little trauma and quick recovery,is a safe and effective method and worthy of application.
