Clinical Comparative Study of Two Kinds of Internal Fixation of Locking and Compression Scheme in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture Combined with Dorsal Displaced
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety differences of internal fixation of volar locking compression plate and radial and dorsal double locking compression plate in the treatment of distal radius fracture combined with dorsal displaced.Method:110 patients with distal radius fracture combined with dorsal displaced were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into A group(n=55,with internal fixation of volar locking compression plate) and B group(n=55,with internal fixation of dorsal double locking compression plate),and the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function, the postoperative radiographic evaluation index and the occurrence of postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function and levels of postoperative radiographic evaluation index of B group were better than those of A group, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with internal fixation of volar locking compression plate, internal fixation of radial and dorsal double locking compression plate in the treatment of distal radius fracture combined with dorsal displaced can efficiently improve the function of wrist joint, promote the recovery of distal articular surface of fracture and do not increase the risk of postoperative complications.
