Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the combination of medical conventional therapy and minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:67 patients with cerebral hemorrhage which admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected and assigned into the control group and the treatment group according to the mode of treatment,32 cases in the control group given medical conventional treatment and 35 cases in the treatment group received minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma on base of medical conventional therapy. The curative effect and recovery level of neural function of patients in two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of neurological deficit in the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),while the degree of neurological deficit in the treatment group after treatment 7 d and 14 d were were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 21 days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of medical conventional therapy and minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma can effectively improve the therapeutic effect for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
