The Curative Effect Analysis of Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery on Treating Chronic Venous Ulcer of Lower Limbs
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery(SEPS) on treating chronic venous ulcer of lower limbs. Method:The clinical data of 35 patients(containing 42 legs) with chronic venous ulcer of lower limbs which treated with SEPS from January 2008 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively,there were 8 legs of classification C4,15 legs of classification C5,19 legs classification C6 by using the classification of CEAP, ulcers were located on the lower middle section of calf,2 cases suffered from deep vein thrombosis syndrome.Result:19 limbs with active ulcer were healing 1 to 3 months after the surgery.None of the patients were recurrence by followed up for 6 months at least.Conclusion:SEPS has advantages of small trauma,safety and efficacy on treating chronic venous ulcer on lower limbs.
