The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Velvetfeeling Compared with Tacrolimus in the Treatment of Hormone Dependent Facial Dermatitis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Velvetfeeling and Tacrolimus in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Method:80 cases with facial hormone dermatitis in our hospital that were treated from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the observation object,they were randomly divided into A group and B group,each group of 40 cases.A group was used Velvetfeeling wet dressing therapy,for 20 min,three times a day to maintain therapy,with 4 weeks as a course;B group was used 0.1%Tacrolimus Ointment,2 times a day,also in 4 weeks as a course.The situation of symptoms, signs in two groups were compared after treatment.Result:The symptoms such as erythema,desquamation and itching in the two groups after treatment were markedly improved,and 1 week after treatment,the effect in the B group was higher than that in the A group,but 4 weeks after treatment,the symptoms score in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the treatment total efficiency in two groups reached 100%,but the recovery rate in A group was significantly higher than that in B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The onset time of Tacrolimus Ointment is faster,but from the long-term therapeutic effect,the effect of Velvetfeeling is more reliable,which requires the clinical treatment should according to actual need and choose the most appropriate method for the selection of treatment.
