The Efficacy Observation of Different Inhalation Solutions in the Treatment of Postoperative Pulmonary Complication of the Newborn
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects and safety of different inhalation solutions in the treatment of postoperative pulmonary complication(PPC) of the newborn.Method:267 cases of the newborn from June 2012 to June 2014 in SICU were selected, they were divided into the control group(C group) and the experimental group(T1 group and T2 group),C group were taken with 0.9%NaCl,T1 group were taken with 0.9%NaCl+Ambroxol,T2 group were taken with 0.45%NaCl+Budesonide+Salbutamol+Chymotrypsin.The duration was one week,Dosing frequency was once per six hours. The PPC and the changes of heart rate, blood pressure,SaO2 in the three groups were compared.Result:(1)Compared with the C group, the PPC of the T1 group and T2 group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the T1 group, the PPC of T2 group were lower(P<0.05).(2)The changes of heart rate, blood pressure,SaO2,oral cavity infection of candida, myocardial enzyme and transaminase in the three groups before and after treatment had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the 0.9% NaCl+Ambroxol inhalation solutions and 0.45%NaCl+Budesonide+Salbutamol+Chymotrypsin mixture of nebulized program can effectively reduce the PPC in newborns,0.45%NaCl+Budesonide+Salbutamol+Chymotrypsin mixture of nebulized program are better, there are no difference effects between them.
