The Effective Observation of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

Abstract：Objective:To observe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure treatment effect of application of noninvasive ventilator. Method:80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Two groups adopt regular treatment,the observation group with noninvasive ventilator,two groups of treatment effect and arterial blood gas index were compared. Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00%,it was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group of arterial blood gas index was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can alleviate effectively,increase the total effective rate,improve arterial blood gas index,is worth promoting.
