Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application of tissue Doppler imaging in patients with essential hypertension.Method:Review the information to patients who were admitted to our hospital from 2008 January to 2014 in March,a total of 126 patients with hypertension, the patient underwent Heartbeat diastolic function graph examination of patients, followed by detection in patients with application of GE company Vivid E9 ultrasonography, using tissue Doppler imaging technology to check the mitral annular diastolic velocities(early diastolic peak velocity of Ea peak, peak late diastolic velocity motion of Aa peak and Ea/Aa value) and pulsed Doppler mitral diastolic flow spectrum(E peak,A peak and E/A values). Nursing staff recorded the patient’s test results, analyzed and discussed according to the data of patients with clinical diagnosis.Result:In 126 patients,Left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with 92 cases, the wall thickness were equal to 12 mm. 34 cases of non left ventricular hypertrophy, ventricular wall thickness was less than or equal to 11 mm.All patients with Ea/Aa values were less than 1,but there were 116 E/A value of less than 1,10 cases with E/A values greater than 1(false normal). Conclusion:DTI is a reliable index for detecting the primary hypertension patients early diastolic function is impaired,it appears from the testing results, better than the pulse Doppler detection of mitral flow method. Patients in the early onset of hypertension will appear the phenomenon of abnormal diastolic function. When the development to the merger of left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventriculardiastolic function significantly decreased.
