Clinical Analysis of 138 Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical features and treatment efficacy of acute myocardial infarction.Method:138 acute myocardial infarction patients was selected as study object and divided according to different infarction part.40 patients in group A were anterior myocardial infarction.18 in group B were inferior wall myocardial infarction.32 in group C were high lateral myocardial infarction.30 in group D were posterior wall myocardial infarction.Compared these groups’ clinical treatment situation.Result:The total efficacy of thrombolytic treatment in group A(95.0%),B(88.89%) and C (93.75%) didn’t have obvious difference(P>0.05).But group D’s was much lower than that three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Earlier diagnosis and treatment in acute myocardial infarction with different infarction part can effectively decrease mortality rate and significantly improve the thrombolytic success rate ,which has clinical significance.
