Abstract:Objective:To compare the incidence of obturator nerve reflex in TUVP with anesthesia with Levobupivacaine and Ropivacaine.Method:80 cases of BPH in the operation were coded, the odds for the Levobupivacaine group, even as the Ropivacaine group. The incidence of obturator nerve reflex in the operation was compared.Result:The incidence of obturator nerve reflex in Levobupivacaine group was lower than that of the Ropivacaine group(P<0.05). In Levobupivacaine group,2 patients with moderate obturator nerve reflex were continued surgery with the obturator nerve block. In ropivacaine group,1 case because of capsular injury, severe bleeding, was switched to open surgery,2 cases was switched to general anesthesia, and 4 cases were engaged obturator nerve block. All patients Had not been blood transfused, cutting syndrome had not happen. Conclusion:In TUVP,Lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia with Levobupivacaine can reduce the incidence of obturator nerve reflex, reduce the incidence of prostatic capsule perforation, adjacent viscera injury, and decrease the rate of general anesthesia, open surgery. Medical costs are saved.
