Effect of Non-invasive Ventilation Combined with Drug Treatment in the Treatment of Adult Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilation combined with drug treatment in the treatment of adult acute respiratory distress syndrome.Method:30 cases adult acute respiratory distress syndrome from August 2010 to August 2014 were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,on the basis of the control group the observation group was given non-invasive ventilation combined with drug treatment.The effect of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(14/15),the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%(13/15),the observation group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the use of non-invasive ventilation combined with drug therapy approach can improve the situation of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome,alleviate the suffering of patients,should be respected and applied.
