Curative Effect of Different Treatments for Pregnancy with Uterine Fibroid

Abstract：Objective:To study the application in cesarean section surgery different processing methods on the influence of maternal pregnancy with uterine fibroids.Method:60 patients with uterine fibroids pregnancy were randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.Group A row of cesarean section did not accept hysteromyoma,group B in hysteromyoma resection treatment of cesarean section.Intraoperative and postoperative conditions of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative blood loss between two groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05). The postoperative oxytocin usage and postpartum postpartum lochia time between two groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:In with the linematernal pregnancy cesarean section of uterine fibroids in the uterus myoma resection,but has no effect for cesarean delivery.
