Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures Spread to Two Column or Three Column Injury by Multi Plane Fixation Technique with Double Locking Plates
Abstract：Objective:To explore the action principle and clinical curative effect of treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury by multi plane fixation technique with double locking plates.Method:From January 2011 to April 2014,21 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury were treated by multi plane fixation technique with double locking plates.Result:21 cases were followed up for 0.5 year to 3.5 years.21 cases after reviewing the X ray,were showed the fracture reduction and internal fixation good,the articular surface smooth, no delayed deformity,no bone infection and wound infection,the injured limb and joint function recovered satisfaction.Conclusion:The multi plane fixation technique with double locking Plates has reliable fixation,early activity,high rate of fracture healing,good joint function recovered and the other advantages.It is the wonderful method to treat complex tibial plateau fractures spread to two column or three column injury.It can also achieve better expected clinical results.
