The Effect Analysis of Continuous Blood Purification on Multiple Trauma Complicated with MODS

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application value of continuous blood purification(CBP) in multiple trauma complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Method:32 cases of multiple trauma complicated with MODS admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were analyzed, they treated with continuous blood purification treatment,before treatment and after treatment 12,24 hours mean arterial pressure(MAP),biochemical index, blood gas analysis and serum TNF-levels were observed and analyzed.Result:After 24 h of CBP treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved or alleviated;the MAP was increased,the serum creatinine(Cr),BUN,K+,blood gas analysis and serum TNF-levels were reduced,compared with prior treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive to trauma and normal treatment early use of CBP can significantly improve symptoms of multiple trauma with MODS,can correct impaired organ dysfunction,reduce the complications,improve the success rate of rescue.
