Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with electric needle for senile osteoporosis vertebral fractures.Method:200 cases of osteoporotic vertebral fractures were divided into two groups according to the treatment. The observation group was given the percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with electric needle, while the control group was only given the percutaneous kyphoplasty. Then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The visual analog scale for postoperative pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The kyphosis correction rate and patients' satisfaction and total effect rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with electric needle can effectively ease the lower back pain after percutaneous kyphoplasty and improve the osteoporotic fractures due to the osteoporosis, which is worthy of further promotion.
