The Application of Limited Fluid Resuscitation in the Treatment of Hemorrhagic Shock in Obstetrics

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of limited fluid resuscitation in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics.Method:90 cases of hemorrhagic shock in our hospital obstetrics in recent five years were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given limited fluid resuscitation method treatment,the control group was taken the conventional fluid resuscitation method treatment. Result:The HGB,HCT,PC,PT,APTT,BE,blood pressure values in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);the two groups of patients in the infusion volume,bleeding volume,DIC,ARDS and mortality incidence had statistical significance(P<0.05);the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=8.78,P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of limited fluid resuscitation can ensure the blood and oxygen supply to tissues and organs of hemorrhagic shock patients,decrease the occurrence rate of complications and death rate,it has clinical application and popularization value.
