Analysis of the Correlation between Serum Tumor Markers Contents and Peripheral Blood Immune Molecules Contents of Gastric Cancer Patients
LU Zuo-min
Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation between serum tumor markers contents and peripheral blood immune molecules contents of gastric cancer patients.Method:Gastric cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group, healthy people accepted physical examinees during the same period were selected as the control group. Then serum tumor markers contents and immune molecules contents in peripheral blood were detected, the correlation between tumor markers contents and immune molecules contents were analyzed.Result:(1)Compared with the control group,CEA,CA199,CA72-4 contents of the observation group were higher(P<0.05);(2)compared with the control group,CD9,CD63 mRNA contents of the observation group were lower;CD168,CD133,CD151 contents of the observation group were higher(P<0.05);(3)serum CEA,CA199,CA72-4 contents were positively correlated with CD168,CD133,CD151 contents and inversely correlated with CD9,CD63 contents. Conclusion:Serum tumor markers CEA, CA199,CA72-4 contents abnormally increase and closely relate with immune molecules contents,it can evaluate the immune function.
