Nursing Analysis of Peri Extubation Period of Patients with General Anesthesia Operation

Abstract：Objective:To explore and analyze the nursing methods and effects of peri extubation period in general anesthesia operation patients with different age and different categories.Method:300 cases of patients with general anesthesia were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,150 cases in each group.The observation group was given targeted nursing,such as psychological nursing and nursing intervention.The control group was given routine nursing.Result:After different nursing, the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 9.33%(14/150),which was significantly lower than 31.33%(47/150) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=22.4089,P=0.0000).Conclusion:According to different ages and different categories of patients with general anesthesia operation should develop nursing extubation related,especially psychological nursing,need to attach great importance to psychological communication with patients,and strengthen the quality education of medical staff,high density of nursing for patients,help patients with postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worth widely use.
