Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the changes of liver function in liver function damage in pregnancy.Method:80 cases of pregnancy patients with liver function damage admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the routine group,40 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The clinical nursing effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than 62.5%of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant(U=2.0976,P=0.0359). The incidence of viral hepatitis and total complication rate in the observation group were 27.5%and 42.5%,which were significantly lower than 55.0%and 80.0%in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.2411,P=0.0125;χ2=11.8499,P=0.0006).Conclusion:Viral hepatitis is the main reason causing the damage of liver function during pregnancy, the effect of comprehensive nursing on liver function in pregnancy patients with liver function damage is good, can significantly improve the liver function of patients,it is worth to be widely used in clinic.
