Method:80 patients with coronary heart disease during rehabilitation period admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to July 2013 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given continuing nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. The differences of medication compliance and quality of life before and after nursing care between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After 6 months of nursing intervention, the medication compliance of the two groups was evaluated,in the observation group,31 cases were completely on time, accounted for 77.5%,7 cases were taking medicine part time, accounted for 17.5%,the medication compliance rate was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(Z=-4.430,P<0.01).The CCQQ scores of the two groups after nursing care were significantly higher than before nursing care, and the the scores above of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, there were significant differences between the groups, within the group, and interaction after nursing care(F组间=11.76,P<0.05;F组内=5.174,P<0.05;F交互=9.253,P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuing nursing can effectively improve medication compliance, improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,it is worthy of clinical application.
