Effect of Preoperative and Postoperative Respiratory Function Exercises on Pulmonary Function Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Sleeve Lobectomy
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of preoperative and postoperative respiratory function exercises on pulmonary function rehabilitation of patients undergoing sleeve lobectomy.Method:40 patients with lung cancer who underwent sleeve lobectomy in Qingdao Medical College from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research objects, all patients were given effective cough training, lip breathing and abdominal breathing training pre-and post-operation for 1-2 weeks. The recovery of lung function in all patients before and after exercise were observed and analyzed.Result:After respiratory function exercise, the respiratory frequency of all patients was significantly lower than before exercise, maximum ventilation, ventilation time, pulse oxygen saturation, oxygen saturation and FEV1 were significantly better than before exercise, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory function exercise can effectively improve the lung function of patients with sleeve lobectomy, enhance the operation tolerance of patients,is worthy of clinical use.
