Abstract:Objective:To investigate the related factors of causing hypothermia during operation anesthesia period and intervention methods.Method:60 cases of surgery patients with hypothermia from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, according to the proportion of 1∶1 in surgical patients selected 60 cases who did not occur hypothermia at the same as the control group, the differences of the related factors between the two groups were compared.Result:The average age of the observation group was (57.34±13.05)years old, which was significantly older than (51.26±14.50)years old of the control group, the general anesthesia rate of the observation group was 56.67%,which was significantly higher than 33.33%of the control group, the intraoperative transfusion(blood)volume of the observation group was (2308.45±464.27)ml,which was significantly more than (1632.65±427.26)ml of the control group, the average time of operation in the observation group was (2.77±1.13)h,which was significantly longer than (1.93±0.88)h in the control group, the average operation room temperature of the observation group was (21.54±0.48)℃,which was significantly lower than (23.13±0.51)℃of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Above all the relevant indicators were as the risk factors leading to operative hypothermia anesthesia. Conclusion:There is a certain degree of hypothermia during anesthesia, various influencing factors, should implement targeted interventions to prevent hypothermia during anesthesia.
