Abstract:Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy analysis of early stage ICU monitoring and treatment in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method:356 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to March 2014 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,178 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment in general ward, the experimental group was given ICU monitoring and treatment. The observed indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The time needed for various treatment measures of the experimental group, such as establishment of artificial airway,CT check condition changes, relieving the symptoms of fever and preoperative preparation, which were significantly shorter than the control group, the bad prognosis rate of GOS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the good prognosis rate was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the MESSS of the experimental group was (8.8±2.4)scores,which was significantly lower than (17.6±6.3)scores of the control group, the fatality rate of the experimental group was 1.1%(2/178),which was significantly lower than 14.6%(26/178) of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of early stage ICU monitoring and treatment in patients with severe craniocerebral injury is significant,it can decrease the mortality and improve patient’s life quality, which should be widely applied in clinic.
