Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection adjuvant therapy in children with community of upper respiratory tract infection.Method:90 cases of community children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected as the objects in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2014.They were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, while the control group was given Ribavirin Injection. The total treatment efficiency and adverse reaction incidence of two groups were comprehensivly compared. Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.8%,which was higher than 82.2%of the control group(P<0.05),the treatment adverse reaction rate of the study group was 4.4%,which was lower than 17.8%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection auxiliary therapeutic community in children with upper respiratory tract infection effect, has less adverse reaction, safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical use.
