Clinical Study on Treatment of Decompensated Cirrhosis

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of decompensated cirrhosis.Method:78 patients with decompensated cirrhosis were randomly selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 as the research objects,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were liver and lowering transaminase implementation,antiviral,jaundice and other conventional treatment.Patients with ascites were oral diuretics,strict control of sodium intake.At the same time the application of glutathione intravenous infusion of 1500 mg,evaluated the therapeutic effect after 4 weeks.Result:After the intervention through active therapy,all patients,excellent in 54 cases,effective in 18 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total efficiency rata was 92.3%.ALT,AST,TBIL, ALB,A/G and other indexes of liver function were improved significantly in patients after treatment,compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decompensation liver cirrhosis patients with comprehensive treatment,can significantly improve the clinical effect,and it plays a role of anti liver cirrhosis liver, reducing aminotransferase,anti fibrosis.
