Clinical Curative Effect of Fosinopril in the Treatment of Hypertension with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and the safety of Fosinopril in the treatment of hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure. Method:41 patients with hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly selected from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital as the research objects,all patients took Fosinopril based on the conventional treatment.Before and after the treatment blood pressure,heart rate and cardiac function were compared.Result:No death case was found during the treatment.The levels of blood pressure and heart rate after treatment were better than those of before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment LVEF significantly increased,LVESV and LVEDV levels decreased,compared with before treatment,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fosinopril can significantly improve the symptoms of hypertension and heart function of hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure,and it is worth of the clinical promotion.
