Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship of the hyperhomocysteinemia and unstable angina pectoris(UAP) elderly patients, providing the basis for the observation of unstable angina pectoris disease.Method:100 elderly patients with angina pectoris from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected, including 44 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients as UAP group,56 patients with stable angina as SAP group, detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and blood lipid level.Result:The levels of serum Hcy,TC,TG,LDL and hs-CRP of UAP group were significantly higher than those of SAP group, the level of HDL was significantly lower than that of SAP group, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum Hcy and plaque stability of coronary atherosclerosis are closely related, are the risk factors of UAP, effectively control the elderly the level of serum Hcy has important clinical significance for the prevention and treatment UAP.
