Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical anesthesia effect of Articaine in endodontic treatment process.Method:92 cases of dental pulp disease patients were randomly selected in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2014,according to the patient’s anesthesia methods on the packet. The observation group was treated with Articaine labial and buccal submucous infiltration anesthesia method of anesthesia, the control group was applied Lidocaine, also infiltration anesthesia by the labial and buccal mucosa, anesthesia effect of two groups were compared.Result:Complete effect had been proved on 39 teeth of the patients in the observation group, anesthesia effect was good on 10 teeth, and the total effective rate was 92.5%(49/53).In the control group effect completely 34 teeth,9 teeth anesthesia effect was good, and the total effective rate was 72.9%(43/59).Anesthesia effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, there was statistical significance(χ2=14.263,P<0.05).Each time the observation group felt pain significantly slighter than those of the control group, there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical anesthesia effect of Articaine is significant, with safety and effectiveness and no toxic side effect, which can ensure the smooth implementation of the treatment of dental pulp disease patients, and has higher clinical value.
