Experience of Intestinal Fistula after Abdominal Operation for 42 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To explore the mechanism of the occurrence of intestinal fistula,study comprehensive treatment method for intestinal fistula,and guide the clinical disposal of external intestinal fistula.Method:42 cases of intestinal fistula after large-scale operation from November 2000 to January 2015 in our hospital department of general surgery were retrospectively analyzed,according to the actual situation of patients,different methods of treatment were adopted,curative effect was observed and analyzed.Result:35 cases were underwent conservative treatment,one case died,two cases of persistent disease required higher hospital in remission,7 cases with operation were cured.Total treatment effective rate was 92.86%. Conclusion:In intestinal fistula patients,most patients recoverable non operation treatment are recovered,the key is to keep the drainage unobstructed, parenteral nutrition and reasonable and balanced,the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and appropriate deterministic operation.
