The Application Effect Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing for Patients with Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for the patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Method:80 cases with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(38 cases) and the experimental group(42 cases),the experimental group was implemented evidence-based nursing intervention, the control group was implemented clinical routine nursing intervention,the hemostatic success rate,recurrence rate,nursing satisfaction rate in the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the success rate of hemostasis and nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the experimental group within one year was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage can control the bleeding,reduce the recurrence,improve the patient satisfaction,it is worthy of promotion.
