Feasibility Study on the Application of Psychological Nursing for Patients with Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract：Objective:To study the feasibility of carrying out psychological nursing for patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis,to make guidance for hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in nursing work.Method:112 patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014,they were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the mental nursing group, the routine nursing group was taken routine nursing,the psychological nursing group was taken psychological nursing based on psychological status of patients.Finally,the anxiety and depression score and the degree of satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:After 15 days of nursing,the psychological nursing group anxiety and depression scores were better than the routine nursing group,and the psychological nursing group satisfaction rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing for the patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis,psychological nursing can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients with depression and other negative psychological occurrence,and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing work.
