Application of PDCA in Three Basic Training in Nursing Teaching

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the role of PDCA tool in nursing three basic training.Method:All participants of internal department were randomly divided into the PDCA group and the control group.PDCA tool was used to manage in the former group,the control was taken traditional training. Both groups were organized to study and test once a month.The effect of learning was observed.Result:After a period of twelve months’ investigation, the attendance rate,score and satisfaction degree of the PDCA group were improved more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:PDCA tool can effectively improve the effect of three base training in nursing teaching and improve the the students’ satisfaction.
