Clinical Value Analysis of CT Diagnosis of 87 Cases of Thoracolumbar Fracture
GAO Hai-yan
Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of thoracolumbar fractures.Method:87 patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2007 to July 2014 were selected as research objects, they were diagnosed with X-ray equipment and CT equipment respectively. The result of the X-ray diagnosis and CT diagnosis were compared.Result:Compared with the treatment of operation data,X-ray diagnosis of lumbar and thoracic vertebra fracture in 61 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was only 70.1%(61/87),CT diagnosis of lumbar and thoracic vertebra fractures in 79 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.8%(79/87).The diagnostic coincidence rate of CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.8437,P=0.0006).Conclusion:Compared with the X-ray,the diagnostic accuracy rate of CT examination in thoracolumbar fractures is higher,is worthy of clinical use.
