The Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Valsartan and Captopril in the Treatment of Hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Valsartan and Captopril in the treatment of hypertension.Method:40 patients with hypertension from July 2012 to June 2014 in our community health service center Department of internal medicine were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment of intention(the treatment group,the control group),the treatment group was given Valsartan medication, the control group was treated with Captopril treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Result:After the relative clinical treatment, the blood pressure of patients was obvious decreased,the decreased degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the total improvement rate,the total rate of adverse drug reaction,the recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Valsartan in the treatment of hypertensive is better than the Captopril,it can reduce the adverse reaction,recurrence rate,improve blood pressure levels,the significance is significant,it is worthy of promotion.
