The Analysis of Related Factors of Fungal Infection for Respiratory System Disease

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the correlation factors of fungal infection for respiratory system diseases.Method:38 patients with fungal infection for respiratory system disease from January 2011 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected,the fungal species by fungal culture methods, infection factors were analyzed.Result:In this study,chronic bronchitis was the highest disease with 42.11%,lung tumor with 26.32%,pulmonary heart disease with 15.79%,pulmonary emphysema with 10.53%,pneumonia with 5.26%,it showed that Candida albicans was the highest fungal infection with 68.42%;for that,respiratory system disease fungus infection related with age,antibiotic application abuse,duration of antibiotics.Once age was higher,antibiotic application abuse,duration of antibiotics were longer,fungal infection incidence was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:Patients with respiratory diseases should been given active and effective inspection measure,refuse drug abuse,and provide reasonable treatment measure so that patients can make sure treatment effect,avoid fungal infection occurrence,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
