Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of Plasma NT-proBNP,high sensitive CRP on Coronary artery disease in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction.Method:132 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were selected as the non-ST-segment elevation group,At the same time,120 patients with Non coronary heart disease were selected as the control group, the general admission information and the level of NT-proBNP in the two groups were compared, the relationship between NT-proBNP levels, high sensitive CRP and coronary heart disease in patients with coronary artery disease were analyzed.Result:There were no significant difference in the gender, age, hypertension, abnormal blood fat, diabetes, urea nitrogen between the control group and the non-ST-segment elevation group(P>0.05).NT-proBNPN and high sensitive CRP levels in the non-ST-segment elevation group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The NT-proBNP,high sensitive CRP levels of single branch lesions patients were significantly lower than the double vessel lesion, the double vessel lesion were significantly lower than three vessel lesion, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The analysis of correlation showed that the coronary heart disease in patients with coronary artery disease was positively correlated to NT-proBNP and high sensitive CRP levels(r=0.682,0.821,P=0.000).NT-proBNP was positively correlated to high sensitive CRP levels(r=0.914,P=0.05).Conclusion:The NT-proBNP is significantly associated with high sensitive CRP.These are reflected the inflammatory state and heart function in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. It has positive role in the risk judgment of patients and guide clinical treatment.
