The Study of Removal of Sagittal Sinus Meningioma Near for 36 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical effects of the sagittal sinus meningioma near by surgical removal.Method:36 patients with sagittal sinus meningioma near from October 2010 to October 2014 in the hospital were selected.These patients were randomly divided into equal number of the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery and the observation group was treated with microsurgery.The clinical effect and adverse reaction in two groups were observed.Result:The hierarchical resection patients in the observation group was obviously superior than the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,it was obviously better than the 55.56% of the control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 11.11%,1 case was died in the control group, the adverse reaction rate was as high as 33.33%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of microscopic surgery in the treatment of sagittal sinus meningioma near is ideal,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,it is less adverse reaction and high safety.
