Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Repair with Postoperative Drug Treatment on Peptic Ulcer Perforation
LI Qi-lai
Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic repair with postoperative drug treatment on peptic ulcer perforation. Method:65 cases with peptic ulcer perforation were admitted in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2014,which were randomly divided into the observation group(n=35) and the control group(n=30).The control group was given conventional laparotomy repair of perforation, while the observation group was given laparoscopic repair of perforation with postoperative medication. The two groups of patients were compared in clinical efficacy.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,while 73.33% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and Hp positive rate of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair of perforation with postoperative drug treatment can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the Hp positive rate after treatment. The method has certain clinical curative effects and is worth of clinical promotion.
