Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Knife Needle Combined with Manual Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the ideal method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Method:152 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,76 cases in each group.The treatment group was given knife needle combined with manual therapy,the control group was only given manual therapy.The overall clinical therapeutic effect after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.05%(73/76),which was significantly higher than 82.89%(63/76) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.9853,P=0.0082).Conclusion:In clinical practice in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the clinical effect of knife needle combined with manual therapy is significantly,it is one of the ideal methods for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
