Application of the Own Mesh in Anterior Colporrhaphy
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the best organization to do the mesh repair for the front wall of the vagina.Method:The clinical data of 27 patients with anterior vaginal wall prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2007 were summarized retrospectively,used its bulging vaginal wall tissue as a mesh to reuse,plus support line,repaired anterior vaginal wall prolapse,the treatment effect were observed. Result:27 cases achieved good effect in three years,there was no recurrence and knotting reaction in 5 years of follow-up.Conclusion:Using own mesh has the advantages of economic,convenient,easy to master and no side effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
