Clinical Treatment Methods and Effect Study of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in Digestive Internal Outpatient Service

Abstract:Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment methods and effects of gastroesophageal reflux disease in digestive internal outpatient service.Method:68 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who accepted treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ranitidine,the observation group combined with Omeprazole treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was significantly higher than 70.59%(24/34) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.7847,P=0.0030).The patients of two groups had no serious complications,there was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ranitidine combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is evidently better than Ranitidine treatment,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,is worthy of clinical application.
