Abstract:Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Bovine Lung Phospholipid Injection and Pig Lung Phospholipid Injection in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Method:64 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome from March 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Pig Lung Phospholipid Injection 100-200 mg/kg, and group B was treated with Bovine Lung Phospholipid Injection 100 mg/kg.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of group A(84.38%) was higher than that of group B(62.50%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Pig Lung Phospholipid Injection in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is great, which should be widely used.
