Changes and Significance of Cellular Immune Function Index Levels in Children with Acute Diarrhea before and after Application of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets

Abstract：Objective:To observe the changes and significance of cell immune function index levels in children with acute diarrhea before and after taking Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets.Method:200 cases of children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group for 126 cases and the control group for 74 cases according to the random number table method.The observation group was given antibiotics,oral rehydration of Smectite Powder treatment with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets,the control group was only given antibiotics,oral rehydration therapy and Smectite Powder.The treatment effect,average time of diarrhea between the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the effects on changes of cellular immune function index level were observed.Result:The CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the observation group after 1 month of treatment were significantly higher than the control group,the CD8 was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was not statistically significant before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The significant efficiency and total effective rate of the observation group were 66.67%and 94.44%,which were significantly higher than 33.78%and 81.08%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of diarrhea in the observation group was (2.5±0.6)d,which was significantly shorter than (4.6±0.5)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.3693,P=0.0000).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea,can enhance the cellular immune function of children,reduce the number of bowel movements,is worthy of clinical application.
