The Curative Effect of Salbutamol Ultrasonic Atomization Inhalation in Acute Exacerbation of Pediatric Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To study and investigate the clinical effective and reliable method for the treatment of pediatric asthma,so as to provide reference basis for the clinical research and related treatment for children with asthma.Method:158 children with asthma admitted to our hospital since December 2010 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,79 cases in each group.The study group was given Salbutamol ultrasonic atomization inhalation,the control group was given conventional therapy.The overall treatment effect and clinical improved symptoms of the two groups after different treatment methods were observed and compared. Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.94%(75/79),which was significantly higher than 78.48%(62/79) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.2812,P=0.0023).The cough disappearance time,hold breath disappearance time,shortness of breath disappearing time and pulmonary rales disappeared time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional routine clinical treatment,the clinical effect of Salbutamol ultrasonic atomization inhalation is significant,and the overall treatment effect and the symptom improvement are better,and it is one of the clinical ideal choice for the acute exacerbation of pediatric asthma.
