Diagnostic Value and Clinical Analysis of Vaginal Ultrasound in Postmenopausal Women Ovarian Neoplasm

Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and clinical analysis of vaginal ultrasound in postmenopausal women ovarian neoplasm. Method:120 postmenopausal women ovarian neoplasm patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected,according to the pathological detection,they divided into the benign group(n=78) and the malignant group(n=42).Two groups of patients were diagnosed with ultrasound imaging device and ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,120 postmenopausal women with normal uterus,ovarian size measurement.Observed in patients with ovarian structure,size and the surrounding the sonograms of performance,could be found in and around the blood flow.Result:In the observation of the benign and malignant groups in the nature of the tumor,could be found benign level 0 patients were significantly more than the malignant group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observed two groups of patients with blood flow parameters,RI and PI value of the benign group was higher than malignant group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of lead to the discovery of postmenopausal women ovarian neoplasm,diagnosis and identification of benign and malignant ovarian neoplasm and installment,is important means to detect ovarian presence of malignant tumor.
