Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Method:58 cases dysfunction of spleen and kidney of chronic kidney disease from November 2010 to November 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(antibiotics,drop pressure and diuretic),and the observation group were treated with Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The situation after 3 months treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:After three months treatment,the total efficiency and the complication rate of the observation group were 93.1%(27/29) and 0(0/29),the control group were 65.5%(19/29) and 24.1%(7/29).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The patients with chronic kidney disease of spleen qi deficiency syndrome should be treated by integrative medicine.The effect is significant and safety and the clinical value is relatively high,so it is recommended to further promote.
