Effect of Deanxit Combined with Sertraline on Patients with Severe Post Stroke Depression
Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with Sertraline on patients with severe post stroke depression(PSD). Method:86 cases with severe PSD in neurology of our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Deanxit combined with Sertraline for antidepressant treatment,while the control group was only given Deanxit.Visit 6 months,the SDS depression rating scale were assessed before and after one month,three months and six months treatment.Result:The treatment group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deanxit combined with Sertraline for antidepressant treatment are considerable on patients with severe PSD.
